International Conference on Advances in Critical Care Nephrology – AKI & CRRT is an annual congress in the U.S., and it's 23rd year in 2018. In the same year, Taiwan Society of Nephrology in collaboration with the CRRT Inc. host the 2nd Asia Pacific AKI & CRRT, bringing the highlights of the San Diego Conference to provide a comprehensive coverage of the rapidly developing field of Critical Care Nephrology, AKI and CRRT in Asia Pacific regions. A mix of invited lectures, controversies, interactive workshops, tutorials, poster sessions and panel discussions and meet the expert sessions were planned to continue the tradition of multidisciplinary interactions throughout the ccongress. By the end of the Congress, around 1,100 participants from over 20 countries/regions joined the Congress as the platform for regional experience exchange. 

K&A was in charge of the planning, implementation of the Congress with the organizers. We use the technologies for the communication not only between the organizers and the participants, but also between the speakers and the audience. For instance, the audience can raise questions via the Congress mobile app to the speakers when Q&A time. By so, we can sucessfully break the barriers for better interactions among all the participants.
