WFO has previously organized two Floating Offshore Wind Mini Series to stimulate the realization of Floating Offshore Wind in Taiwan and have recommended a Pre-Commercial Floating Offshore Wind Project as a first step before actual commercialization.
Taiwan’s effort in developing renewable energy such as Offshore Wind has been a beacon for the APAC Region. The realization of Floating Offshore Wind would advance Taiwan into the next level. This off-line version of Realization of Floating Offshore Wind in Taiwan aims to continue the discussion between industry leaders and government sector to unveil the opportunities that Floating Offshore Wind may provide for Taiwan.
